Unlike most agencies, we prefer to see our real estate business as a small “boutique shop” for an elite few who choose to have an agent they can trust and work with one on one, and not have to deal with a team member or administrator when a question or concern arises. We do not sell 100 or 150 homes per year like some real estate agencies and their teams. It is simply not a goal of ours. We do not have team members do all the work for our agents. When your accepted as a client of ours, you get a dedicated agent and deal with them directly through the entire process. We are much more interested in results, attention to detail, a happy and trusting client experience, and maximizing our client’s goals, than trying to build up the number of transactions we close each year.
